• Account info: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Business profile: business name, industry, service area, and locations you add.
• Generated content: prompts you submit and outputs we produce on your behalf.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we receive subscription status, not full card data.
• Usage: basic analytics (views, copies, downloads) to power performance tracking.

2. How we use your data

To operate the Service, generate localized content, track your subscription, provide support, and improve product reliability and security. We do not sell personal data.

3. AI processing

Prompts and relevant context are sent to AI model providers via secure APIs to generate output. We do not use your content to train third-party models when an opt-out is available.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (hosting, database, payments, analytics, AI providers), under contractual confidentiality obligations.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Row-level security restricts access to your account's records. No system is perfectly secure — use a unique password and notify us of any suspicious activity.

6. Your rights

You can edit your profile, export or delete generated content, and request account deletion at any time via Help.

7. Retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. After deletion, residual backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

8. Children

White Hat Local is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes

We'll post updates to this page and notify you of material changes.
