Terms of Service — White Hat Local

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using White Hat Local ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

White Hat Local provides automated, hyper-localized marketing content and lead-magnet generation for service businesses and agencies. Output is AI-generated; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying claims before publishing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans (Starter $30/month, Pro $130/month) include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your payment method is charged monthly until cancellation. Cancel anytime from the customer billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you generate using White Hat Local. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use White Hat Local to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; to impersonate others; or to violate platform rules (e.g., Google Business Profile policies). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or lead-generation results. AI output may contain errors — always review before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Hat Local's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
